Registration process

Hanbit Language School registration process is simple and easy enough that anyone can register and start studying in Korea right away.
 
 
  • We send announcements and registration progress to your email.
  • Orientation and Level test on the first day of class.
  • Registration fee is only required once and this occurs because of the document handling process.

    • Express mail

1. Application

Most students use wire transfer to pay tuition. In this case, please use the following bank information. You can transfer in Dollars or in Euros.

2. Tuition payment

Please make your payment after you have received the tuition invoice from Hanbit Korea. Payments can be made either by wire transfer or in person. After we receive your payment, we will send you the receipt via email.

 
3. Letter of acceptance

Letter of Acceptance will be issued after your payment. Welcome email and details of your course will be sent to you 1 week prior to your course start date. On LoA, you can also check the detailed balance info for possible deficit and surplus.

4. Orientation

Upon your arrival to the school on the first day, there is an Orientation and 1:1 Level test/class placement test. During the Orientation, our friendly staffs will inform you about school policy and life.

How to apply

Apply online

To start your application, simply contact us by email. Our admissions team will send you the application form along with all the necessary information and guidance.

Apply in person

You can either visit our institution in person or have a friend or family visit. If you want to apply in person, please make an appointment with us before you visit.

How to pay tuition

  • Once you have received our Invoice, proceed to make the course payment to complete your registration.
  • Registration fee is only for the first time of the registration.
  • Payment should be in Korean Won (KRW currency). You can pay with a credit card (There will be a 5% tax for credit card payment).
  • If you pay by wire transfer, the payment can be in Dollar or in Euro.
  • With the wire transfer, it takes about 3-5 business days until we receive the payment.
  • Please include wire transfer fees for both the sender and the receiver in your payment.
  • Please email us the bank receipt once you have made the payment, especially if the name of the person who has made the payment is not the student attending.

Paying in person

You can make payment in person or have a friend or family visit. If you want to pay in person, please make an appointment before you visit.

Online banking or PayPal

Pay with online banking. We recommend it since there is less transaction fee.

We provide PayPal invoice under your request. Please be informed that an additional 5% fee will be charged to the total amount due to PayPal policy.
