Yes, of course. We offer Beginner Classes, so even if you do not have any Korean language learning experience, you can still join our school. Our teachers and staff will support you so that you will face no problems here. So do not hesitate to take the challenge!

* If you cannot read and write Hangul, we recommend you to start from the First Week of a month.

It’s hard to generalize since spending habits vary, but typical costs:

  • Cost of a meal: 3,000 KRW (Kimbap from convenience store) ~ 8,000 KRW (usual restaurants) / up to 15,000 KRW
  • Transportation: 1,250 ~ 1,750 KRW (one-way)

If ‘fluent’ means discussing general daily topics, expect at least six months from a beginner level. For higher-level, natural speaking (e.g., debating on social topics), plan for one year or more. This depends on each individual.

We are sorry, but the social activity schedule is usually provided on your first day of school. Everything will be prepared to give you special experiences and memories through our events!

The K-pop dance class is for everyone who wishes to learn popular K-pop routines—covering beginners to advanced levels—so there’s only one option; you don’t need to choose a level. Most students are beginner to intermediate, so please don’t hesitate to join! Our kind instructors will help you step by step.

About 80–90% of our students study abroad alone. But don’t worry—you won’t feel lonely here! We encourage friendly relationships among students, teachers, and staff so you can meet many new people and study in a comfortable, welcoming environment.

Hanbit Korea welcomes students from all around the world. Approximate distribution: 35% Japan, 20% North America, 13% Germany, 13% France, and many others (Europe, South America). You’ll study in a truly global environment.

The billing period is 1 week from the invoice issue date. Your invoice will state the billing date, and we expect payment by that date.

Our registration process is simple. Select your course type, start/end date, accommodation type, and whether you need airport pick-up/drop-off—directly on our online application form.

After receiving your application, we’ll issue an invoice with bank details. You can then pay via Wire Transfer or PayPal (5% commission for PayPal).

You only need to submit your online application form. A copy of your passport may be required in some cases.
